Direct TV stream boxes C71KW-400. 1000 mbps up / 913 down direct connect to ethernet. There are no internet issues, only fuzzy pictures every 3 minutes. I already shut the entire internet down for 5 minutes and restarted. No help.

I started with Direct TV Stream about a month ago when I moved into my new apartment and there is no cable options here. To the most part everything has been great. About a week ago - I got a phone call from Direct TV offering me a FREE one time bonus on a promotional package that was offering me a
