Gear icon on u-verse, won't come off.
In the living room, there is a U-verse receiver (IPH8005) and it crashed in the evening while playing live TV. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. It booted up normally until I saw a gear icon and a progress bar. Once the progress bar was finished, it showed a red X with a 8 below it. I power-cyc

My second U-verse receiver won't start
After a residence power failure, the second receiver will not start. The Power light blinks; however, the Link light does not illuminate. I have disconnected its power and re-connected. I rebooted the Gateway, too. The primary receiver (i.e., the one with the DVR) worked before rebooting the Gateway
