One of my TVs will not load Uverse. A message says the set top box does not recognize my account. My other TVs have Uverse.

Have gateway & WAP from AT&T. Gateway working cause receiver connected to it directly is working fine. However, the WiFi receiver lost connection to WAP & is no longer able to reconnect.
