Additional "One-Time" Fee for the addition of a Wireless Receiver

I don't want to see recordings from my 2nd receiver

I just installed a wireless receiver in my mom's bedroom. She records a lot of hallmark movies in her room. They appear in the recorded section on my TV receiver in the living room. Is there anyway to hide her bedroom recordings on my living room TV and visa versa? I don't want to see all of her

CAN I HAVE A ROUTER BETWEEN MY GATEWAN AND MY DVR ?

I want to use a router between my DVR and my GATEWAY - I want to be able share a LAN to the DVR and a LAN to the SMART TV to be wired instead of wireless. I.e., I want to hard wire my GATEWAY to my ROUTER then hard wire to DVR and separately to SMART TV (no wireless traffic) Thanks
