Refund for equipment

I returned my equipment on 12/10/2021, I called direct tv and provided the reference number.  I have called direct multiple times and have only been told that i would get my money back in a few weeks, or will hear back from someone in 3-5 business days and not respond.  My refund is $397 not pocket change.  I called again today and again they told me that they escalated the issue and someone will contact or e-mail me in 3-5 business days.  I'm tried of calling to get my money back.  What else can I do to get my refund back?
