I'm looking for information on filing an official complaint with Directv. I've already done so with the BBB. I was advised to officially file with the company. I've already made phone calls, and I was advised to do so in writing as well.

I am paying for the extra sports channels in the 720 series for baseball. Yesterday, the Yankees/Orioles game was listed on 748.  Went to 748, it referred back to WJCY in Charlotte channel 46.  WJCY is a Nexstar station which is in negotiations with Directv and was not showing any sports.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I have the service insurance. My tvs continuously give error code 613. I’ve called so many times for help with no resolution. Is there any way I can remove that channel from my account? I would love to. I never watch it and I would like to remove it completely. I have read that that channel gets subsidies and I would rather my money not go to them. Can this happen? I have heard that people are able to do that.
