I would like to know how to file a complaint against a DIRECTV employee

I need to change my home address from Arizona to Montana for my streaming app so I can get local channels. I've tried updating my billing address and still no change

We lost CBS on Direct tv months ago. I have called Direct TV two times to ask when the issue will be resolved with no answers. I am paying for the service and it looks like the only way to resolve the issue is to change providers.
