Cannot delete on streaming app
I cannot figure out how to delete recordings that were recorded on the genie on our direct TV streaming apps on the Apple TVs/iPhone. I’ve read all the articles but what is being told doesn’t exist. So can someone please explain how to do this?

Is there a way to deactivate a receiver.
Is there a way to deactivate a receiver not on your account? I called DirecTV today to authorize another receiver and they tried to activate it. After it failed to authorize, she then told me it was still activated on another account and that if I could get the owner of the account to deactivate it

I cancelled my Direct TV account and now they are telling me i need to return equipment. I bought my equipment years ago and the Customer Service rep even told me to dispose of it. Now they're telling me they will charge me if it's not returned.
