What to do if resetting your remote and you do not get 4 green lights after pressing 987?

Direct TV settings has all resolutions checked and supported. But it is staying in 480. When checking on the info audio/video screen to change resolution it still only shows 480 ??

I have Directv HR44 reciever, 1Tb of memory and want to have greater capacity. How should I do that? Does Directv have larger capacity equipment?

Trying to hook up a SEATEL ant 120HDTV to a SWM DSWM30S and then to my receivers. 4 LNB's 13,18, 13 22khz, 18 22Khz My receivers are coming up with error 771, I have them set to 5LNB 15 Channel, tracking on 101 W. Any ideas. I suspect the SWM

Recent update to make the double arrow go back to beginning of program messed up my remote. Instead of applying the update tk the double arrow back button it applied it to the 10 sec curved almost round button right above. Don't like it at all. 

We have had DirecTV satellite for over 20 years. In the last few months, when I press the six second rewind button multiple times (like to rewind 30 seconds, 5 times) it will go back to the beginning of a program or back 20 minutes or  7?  Really random jumps, but definitely not the 30 se

Bought a 55" U8 Hisense TV.OTHER TVs in the house work with the Direct TV receiver we have. Hisense sound cuts out on almost ALL HD channels, but plays fine on ALL non-HD channels.Sound blips in only about 5% of the time on the HD channels.Any suggestions? Might the receiver just be out of date? W
