100 Dollars Rewards Card

I was told that my 100-dollar rewards card was mailed out on Dec 23rd, 2023. I still have not received it. I tried calling everyone at Direct TV.

you can see that I explained I had not received it they all told me to call the rewards team well you call the number for the rewards team and all you get is a stupid robot I have informed delivery so I know what I'm getting the mail and when ok I want my rewards card 

As I was promised, I thought that this was just a scam. Just get people to sign up and you receive nothing. That's what I'm thinking. I'm thinking I should go with Dish instead because this is all a scam.

How did you try signing up for DIRECTV (by calling the actual DIRECTV number 800-531-5000 or through Costco or a door-to-door sailesperson)? Usually, rewards cards are sent to you in the order email and have a link to where you can redeem it. If not, either contact the retailer who sold you the service if you went to a third-party, or try filing a BBB complaint.

No my reward card was mailed to me by USPS and I never received any emails from them about the rewards card

This is a public forum full of customers so we wouldn't be able to help you with your rewards card. I offered a few possible resolutions to your issue in your other post, and I suggest you keep all inquiries about this topic in one thread for the sake of organization.

At this point, you would need to call DIRECTV (number in my greeting beloe) and ask about your rewards card, or file a BBB complaint if you are still having issues

No one can tell me where my rewards card is I call the rewards center you get a robot and the chat line at the rewards center is always unavailable I don't know why I have a Bill do now when I paid my Dec bill dec 28 and now I have a bill due on January 5  I don't understand that when my Dec bill was due Dec 21  oh I call Direct TV about my reward card and how I have not received it and they tell me to call the rewards center  that they can't help me well I think this is a big freaking joke and scam

Don't feel bad I never received my 100dollar rewards card either I mean good luck on trying to get some one to help you because all direct TV does is pass the buck well I m not paying my bill until I receive my reward card because I was going to use my card to pay my bill so if direct TV wants to keep me as a customer then direct TV has to fix this situation and make sure I receive my reward card or I'm calling the better business bearu

Ive had it I'm calling the better business bearu on Monday and let them know how Direct TV is scamming people by promoting rewards card when they signed up but the customers never received the rewards card

I'm sorry I ever signed up with direct TV I should of went with dish TV now I'm stuck in this company for 2years and all even having is problems with direct TV

Like the other ACE's have asked please keep all comments about your rewards card in one place.  It is not fair to other people who come into the Forum to look for help to see multiple posts about the same thing over and over.  We understand that you are frustrated over not receiving your rewards card.  But we are all customers like you trying to help other people who are having issues with their TV service.  As you were asked before if you can provide any other information we might be able to help you with the issues that you are having.  If you do not want to do that file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  That complaint will go to the corprate office and you should have someone contact you regarding your complaint fairly quickly.  You could also try to reach out to Directv through Twitter or Reddit as they respond a lot faster to comments over there.
