How to report scam calls

I found this post from Direct TV help:

"We want to let you know, you can report unwanted calls and texts here Report unwanted calls & texts Keep in mind some of these calls could be fraudulent or illegal and it is almost impossible to stop them. Report offenders to help us identify and block them."

The link to report unwanted calls is no longer valid... can you provide an updated link?
