I am unable to access directv online on my computer. I don't have any VPNs and I've already cleared my cache and cookies. I've tried on both chrome and edge.

I did what you told me to do and the screen is still searching. Is there something I need to do to put the headset in pairing mode. I pairs automatically to my phone

First off I couldn't even get to the direct Tv site. I figured out that my VPN setting was the problem, that's not fixed. Now, I cannot access my own direct tv site. It doesn't recognize my username, doesn't like my account number as a way to login.
