I have 2 Gemini Air's and 2 Osprey boxes. They have been showing preview thumbnails for the guide and the library/recordings list up until about 1-week ago. We have 3 TVs ,2 are samsung that we play direct tv via the sets browser. We have ac3rd Sony that plays via Amazon firestick. I get continual network congestion throughout the night and last nihhtvat 1am on the 2 Samsungs but not on the Sony. Just to add i have att 1 gig internet.

One of the biggest downsides in moving from satellite to streaming is the 9 month expiration on dvr recordings. Is there anyway Directv stream can have a “video vault” that would protect say 50 hours of recordings ?

How much longer will it take Directv to add this feature ? Xfinity already gives Disney/Hulu for free, and allows the user to pay an extra 8 per month for the ad free version.
