FETV picture quality issues

Hisense TV down volume issue on remote

I have directv stream and Hisense TV. Directv remote works perfectly except when I hit the down volume button. When I do that the picture mode screen for the TV comes up on the left hand side of the screen. Any idea how to fix this?

Cannot login to iOS with Directv Stream Credentials.

All of the sudden I cannot login to any iOS app with my Directv Stream info. I get the following error. My password is correct. I can login to the DIRECTV app or website with my info. What I can’t do is link any app. And when I try to set my TV Provider in iOS it fails with this error: Sign In Error

Purchased Movie

On the Directv app on Roku, I'm able to place a recording in Bookmarks' but when I choose a Purchased movie to be added to 'Bookmarks' it doesn't show up there. Bad Service

Today I cancelled my service. I have been a loyal customer for years. I even moved states and continued my service, which DirectTv recommended.
