Series recordings on both profiles not just mine

I have DirecTV streaming. I use a Roku on both TVs. When I series record on my profile, it also records on my wifes profile. Only when I series record, not individual recordings. Green Screen Recurring Problem

This has happened many times. After multiple resets; which temporarily fix the problem, I Replaced the device. Same problem with new device. Have sound but bright green screen. When I switch away from Gemini and go through the Stream app there's no issues.
