I signed up with Directv two weeks a go and I don't have any equipment yet as today , where is my equipment , if I don't get an answer today I will be canceling the service

Is the name displayed on the screen of a Samsung smart tv dependent on one's Samsung account? or is it a Direct TV thing? and how do you change it?
