My app will not work on my tv now. it has worked on and off for a few years. did the reboot. then uninstall the app ,then reset password. I still get the 600 error code . aI felt with tech support twice and they can't fix. its now escalated BUT no tv for three days while I wait for them to get back.

Why does my friend in Tennessee have a different remote from me (in Georgia) and why can she access her streaming apps from the guide and I have to use a different remote?
