ESPN Unlimited access

Ever since The rollout and multiple calls to get ESPN unlimited. I still haven’t got access to it. I don’t know who to speak to to get this issue resolved because every time I call Customer Service I know it’s outsourced out of the country and every time they try to help me it’s always the runaround. In December, my receiver show that I was eligible for the ESPN Unlimited. I just got tired of trying to get access to it. I don’t know why it won’t appear in my account to add it because I didn’t have that problem when getting Peacock.
