Watching U-verse TV

My U-verse app has not been working right. If I delete it and download it again, will I loose what I have recorded?

Just got a new Uverse DVR, replaced the HDMI cable. Our video feed (live or recorded) on any channel gets dark after about 30 seconds. Very annoying. Suggestions?

Every day I get on my tv that Uverse has lost connection.

u-verse tv plays, then pauses...sometimes plays again before pausing and other times get message to reset gateway and reboot receiver

It has already been activated and updated why is my Lifetime app still giving me this message? It did it for the same show in October if it's free why should I have to pay for it anytime this is ridiculous

Occasionally, I can't control volume on my tv with remote. When I power everything off, the receiver shuts off, but not the tv. All of a sudden, my app states error authenticating, please try again. It was fine 2 days ago and now it won't work. I have uninstalled the app, rebooted the gateway/modem and fire tv but still not working. I have tried logging into my account on my computer with same credentials and it's fine.

Does anyone know what channels of my uverse tv package should be available on the uverse app? I have the regional sports package with my uverse u300 tv plan but the app won't let me watch the games live as the tv does. Is this normal, and then what good is the app? already been to att tech, customer
