User Not Authorized Error Message

It has already been activated and updated why is my Lifetime app still giving me this message? It did it for the same show in October if it's free why should I  have to pay for it anytime this is ridiculous

Hello there, Mperfect1! We would love to point you in the right direction on getting your Lifetime app working again. 

 

We do have some questions for you:

  • Does the error occur before or after you log into the app?
  • Are you using a your AT&T credentials to the Lifetime app? 
  • Can you go directly to Lifetimes' website and log in there?
  • What type of device are you using the Lifetime app on?

The reason why we are asking these things is to make sure that we provide the correct support.
