Watching U-verse TV

When I open the guide, I can see a PIP image for the channel I'm currently on, but when I move to other channels I just see a black screen instead of a picture (while I am in the column for the current time, not a later time). If I select a channel I am not subscribed to, I do see the not-subscribe

Beginning last night, video on all channels freezes periodically. I restarted all devices and unconnected and reconnected all cables. I restarted the receiver several times.

Access code entered and CNN response was accepted on iPad. Went to RCA ROKU TV and clicked on  CNN WATCH LIVE TV and pop up window says ” you’re not authorized to view the content.  Contact TV service provided for more details.  Please tell me what I need to do.  Thank you.

I was logged in and watching on my mobile device a few days ago. My screen went blank in the middle of the show I was watching, and I haven't been able to get into the app ever since.  It keeps saying, "Login Error - The U-verse mobile service is temporarily unavailable.  Please try again

I have ATT U-Verse as my TV provider but I’m unable to watch on my iphone or iPad news channels like CNN or MSNBC or Bravor, IDTV. I get an error message ‘you’re not authorized’ contact your TV provider????

My U-verse app has not been working right. If I delete it and download it again, will I loose what I have recorded?

Just got a new Uverse DVR, replaced the HDMI cable. Our video feed (live or recorded) on any channel gets dark after about 30 seconds. Very annoying. Suggestions?
