Watching U-verse TV

I'm not sure if this is a free preview or a glitch, but channel 1789 is now seemingly available in the U-200+HD package. It used to be part of the HD Premium tier. I checked other channels (HDNet Movies, MTV Live, the other RSNs and the premium movie channels and some of the Spanish-language channel

Why can't I see NewsMax tv. I am paying fo rHD, and it is supposed to be on HD. I can get (but dont watch) cnn, msnbc, blumberg and other "news" channels. I want to see a real news channel
