Watching U-verse TV

Can’t log on to uverse app, I used to be able to watch tv there. It keeps saying it needs valid user name but have tried using the known one and can get into myatt just fine. Called in and after 25 min, told me the app is down! I have been trying for 2 weeks. What could be the issue?

When we want to search for a TV show we select Menu then search. Now we receive an error code: Error code 500 - Internal Server error. Then we have to select Back to return to TV shows. This has been occurring for several weeks. How can we get this fixed
