Watching U-verse TV

how do I leave a compliment for an employee   [Subject edited to clarify topic]

Can I stream videos from the uverse phone app to display on my TV? I used to this with hulu using the mirror function on Apple TV but when I tried with uverse app, it read there is an external device detected and wouldn't play.
