Uverse has lost connection

Every day I get on my tv that Uverse has lost connection.

Is your U-verse DVR connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or Ethernet Cable? You can keep a more consistent connection when using an Ethernet Cable, however if you are using Wi-Fi we would need to troubleshoot further.

 

We suggest downloading our Smart Home Manager application to troubleshoot your internet, and more specifically, your device connections. It has a tab called Network Health Check which checks for all devices in your home with a weak signal to your router. It also has an option known as Wi-Fi Test that let you test the rooms in your home to see what the Wi-Fi connectivity is like in each of them, which can help check for any connectivity issues you may experience.
