My main TV works fine. But the 2 mini genie boxes upstairs don't work properly. I've unplugged, reset, followed all the trouble shooting. I'll be watching something and then after a few minutes it goes to another screen saying it's searching for network. An orange light will show blinking on the box

Previously I could keep recordings for months as long as I had space. Now they drop off in 1 to 3 days.

Apparently At&t is stumped. They literally do not have a solution to fix the problem of dropped signal. I cant watch tv after 5:00pm it's that simple. Every few minutes the signal is lost. Every time I post about this issue they pull the post. How in the world do you people stay in business.
