picture cut off u-verse with LG TV
on all channels, when I press “menu”, the menu that comes up on the side is cut off, so that I cannot see the first 7 or so characters on the left. For “recordings”, i can only see “ings”. I can’t see “options” at all, I just know it’s position and guess. Also, can only see the top half of the score

dvr box has quit working
dvr main box has quit working. Have tried all of the recovery methods. The gear will come on screen and start the recovery but when finished all I get is a red x with 8 below it. After the first attempt when plugged back in the box will click every second. (Edited as per community guidelines)
