U-verse TV Equipment

Last night I had 81 recordings on my DVR. Today 10. I've been gone all day and have not turn on my TV. Please advise.

After a power outage in the neighborhood my connection to a new smart tv doesn’t work with my U-verse box. The smart tv connects to the internet but it seems like the U-verse can’t connect with the tv.
