U-verse service request?

We have both U-verse Internet and TV and recently had storm damage which broke of our electrical power service pole.  We had the pole replaced and power restored.  The U-verse wiring is still connected, but barely.  Since this has happened we have had bandwidth issues that I don't remember having before.  Can I have a U-verse tech come and redo the wiring?

You may be able to dispatch a service call using the myAT&T app if the troubleshooting tests are able to detect an issue with your service.   It’s convenient in terms of scheduling a time slot convenient to you.
