Uverse control unit needs service.
Uverse device does not respond.. Was told that I need a new one but would like to have instruction on how and where I get a new one and when. I have been without service for a week.

What do you mean by "control unit"??? The gateway? If so, call CS 1-800-288-2020. A replacement will be sent for a self-install.
