U-verse TV Account

I am unable to log into my U-verse app. Several days ago it let me in but unable to now.  I have bundled service and my password is the same as my email (which works).  Totally frustrated any help would be appreciated.

How do I get my bill adjusted for the several days that I was without service?

I can’t log in to the app. I reset my password twice, deleted the app and reinstalled it. I get the message “log in invalid”. Any suggestions on what to do next? I’ve not had this problem in the 10 years I’ve had Uverse.
