Only used service 1 day into next billing cycle after canceling service and was charged full month. Was told by customer service that they no longer prorate on a cancel service. I have the u300 plan. It is $138. To add hbo/cinemax it would be $25. If you get u400 hbo/cinemax are included. That price is $180. Doesn't it mke more sense to just add hbo/ccinemx to the u300?
