New Kiosk
I was attempting to pay my Jan. bill at the new Kiosk. I swiped my card went through the steps to pay, got to the end and no receipt. I asked an employee about it. He said you didn't pay your bill swipe it again-and same thing happened again.. no receipt at the end of the transaction, he said it that means your card didn't go through. AGAIN, the AT&T employee told me that I haven't paid. So, I did it again for the same amount-- for the 3rd time, The 3rd and final time I attempted to pay my bill, I got a receipt. I asked him if I was going to be charged on the first TWO swipes.. He said no. Because I didn't get a receipt.
However, the next day when I checked my bank, I was charged for all 3 swipes. AT&T didn't show that I swiped my card the first 2 times even though the $ came out of my checking account. (All three transactions have a different transaction time and # per my bank) SO, now I'm out $467 dollars and AT&T doesn't care. I am beyond perplexed as to why this is hard to understand and to credit my account.
