AT&T "Card Services" Customer Care
CXPA is going to get a kick out of the infinite loop experience whereby AT&T has its "card services" reps tell customers they are connecting them with customer care, they send them into hold music for 20 minutes, and then the automated voice comes on to say "thank you for calling Card Services, goodbye!"
Anyone else want to film their experience like I'm doing? It's happening over and over - this is intentional and systematic.

Here is information on how to activate your rewards card. Enter the first 10 digits of your card number located on the front of your AT&T Promotion Card and follow the prompts to activate your card.

To find out if you can get a new card, you will have to contact the Reward Center Help Desk at 800-288-9983 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CDT, Monday through Friday.
