dvr service
Downgraded from u200 to family plan It says on web page that shows plans that dvr service included just like it shows for u200 plan But I called because no recordings were showing I was told family plan does not include dvr So went back to u200 Still no recording working I am very frustrated Going to Comcast first chance I get

U-Family does include DVR. So does U-200. You may have some issue with your DVR or your home network.
BTW, once you disconnect U-verse TV, you cannot get it back; new customers are not being activated on the service. So look before you leap.
