How do I sign up for that channel?

Called and cancelled direct tv, everything was taken offline however just received bill for this month. I haven’t watched any TV (cuz the service is not online) and have canceled so what’s the problem & of course not able to ask in chat online have to call!! Well I did that last month! Very frustrat

I paid my bill, I guess auto pay wasn't active, but my service is still out. It's been an hour, and no TV or internet service. I've reset devices but still no changes. Worst of all, customer service is closed.

My parents U-Verse Bill almost doubled. I had this same issue a year ago when I had to file an executive complaint to remove services ( talked to a live representative who could not get it done as promised). We have also tried to bundle the Wireless phone bill to no avail--would this save them money

I canceled service then called to reconnect within 24 hours. The first person set up a new account but another person canceled that to do a disconnect in error. I got a call later on saying I would have to do a reboot and registration. Is this a new service or reconnecting my old service?
