U-verse TV Account

In order to download the U-verse app it says I need a U-verse member number rather than att I’d. How do I get it?

I’m trying to help my family fix our tv online but we run into an issue when creating the user id. It says the only way to create it is to send a code through mail. Is there any way to add an email to an account.

I can no longer manage to change my UVerse TV Bundle on the website nor on the channel 9910. IT only allows to upgrade - Very Poor Customer Experience!

Anyone else dealing with the fiber optic up grade that has removed my U-verse and wifi for the next 5 days?!

How do I pay old bill from 8 years ago

I live in Carroll Ohio and I moved here in June. I've had three outages (most of day ) since getting att , how do I get credit. There is no human to even talk to. Really disappointing

One station, Atlanta 46, CBS, cuts out constantly. It freezes for a second. This in only one channel on all DVRs.

I have a red X and the number 5. I've rebooted the entire system, and AT&T sent me a new receiver today, still no help. Please advise.

Sound is intermittent

Does AT &T ever pay damages on property damage claims? They damaged my water line, I opened and claim and got it fixed. Now they are not reimbursing me and stopped responding? Do they ever pay ? or just wait for me get tiered and stop following up? I have sent all the photos and sent over 50 message
