U-verse TV Account

I've not received an email on my cancellation. two calls and a chat have not resolved it.

I want to cancel my Uverse tv service. I have called twice.  The first call on September 29 was 47 minutes and ended with a supervisor telling me there was a "glitch" in their system and they could not cancel my service and someone would call me back in a week with a confirmation number.  

I paid the collection and att told me they would remove the collection from my credit bureau report.  Need to know who to call because customer service doesn’t know

After changing my password twice trying to get into the community forum, it still won’t let me in.  What is wrong with everything on your website? Nothing ever works correctly, it is soooo frustrating.

We've had Uverse ever since it was available in our area (many many years). I was always told we could record shows from our computer instead of using remote with TV.  I'm wondering if we can watch those recorded shows on our computer instead of our TV?  Signing in to our account somehow?
