Does AT&T ever pay for property damages or just ignore the situation
Does AT &T ever pay damages on property damage claims? They damaged my water line, I opened and claim and got it fixed. Now they are not reimbursing me and stopped responding? Do they ever pay ? or just wait for me get tiered and stop following up?
I have sent all the photos and sent over 50 messages they did not even respond. I think its really bad on AT&T part to come damage my home and treat me like this.

ATT has insurance for damage done to your home, you need to deal with the insurance co. not ATT.

Thank you….it’s ashamed that the employees with ATT don’t know this….one day I was on the phone for over 4 hours, another for at least 2 hours…..went into an ATT store to see if they knew anything, while on hold for over 45 minutes with ATT, phone in hand, showed the employee …finally hung up, and she didn’t know anything either.. lost cause

No. They just transfer you around until you get frustrated enough to scream and hang up. Everyone has a limit of times they can be transferred, put on hold, asked to verify their information, asked to describe the problem, then told that it handled by another department-I’ll transfer you now/call them at this number. I tried to make a claim today, I finally hung up after 7 transfers but I’m pretty dedicated.

I usually do not and will not post in forums or any social media platform but I am fed up with AT&T and Sedgwick and in the process of taking action against the liable parties.
I am NOT an AT&T customer - I do not subscribe to any of their services. However, early June I hear a lot of noise in my yard and my husband and I went out to see why people were digging up our yard. We learned that these were AT&T technicians and they were out to make repairs to the neighbors' services but had already began digging in our yard and without permission. We have an underground sprinkler system. The technician damaged the concrete driveway, mangled the pipes of the sprinkler system and now the sprinkler system does not work and our lawn is dying as we continue to pay for lawn treatment. We have a video as we recorded the technician continuing to dig after asking him to stop. We explained that we were not customers, that no one had spoken with us about digging on our property and the video clearly shows the point where he cut the lines and tried to use his foot to cover where the water started to run.
I have called over and again. I have left message after message as I wait 48-72 hours for response as stated on the voicemail. I began to make note of the calls starting June 7, 2022 and the list has grown tremendously. I have only received a call back once throughout this entire process from Robin of AT&T on 6/21/22. I was told that a work order (#NA143U42) had been completed and someone would be contacting me to come out and assess the damage to my property. Nothing has been done by AT&T or their insurance company to date - August 23, 2022.
If you are a business and you know that you have caused damage to someone's property it doesn't matter that the insurance company should be handling matters when they are not. This looks horrible on AT&T as a company - YOUR technicians caused this damage and then no one in your company cares enough to address these issues and handle them properly. If your insurance company is not handling your claims in a professional and timely manner then it is your responsibility to employ one who can address your claims. The general population nor your customers should have to worry about these types of issues when it revolves a widely known company such as AT&T. I was a dedicated customer for years back when you cared about people.
