The sound on my tv does not work all the time

First, we want to try our Troubleshoot and Resolve on your TV. Please try these simple steps:

1. Press Menu.
2. Select Help > Information > Troubleshoot & Resolve > TV > DVR.    
3. Follow the onscreen prompts.
