U-verse member id

In order to download the U-verse app it says I need a U-verse member number rather than att I’d. How do I get it?

Hi mocklatswbell, we're happy to help you use the U-verse app.

Logging in to the app requires your Member ID email address. Here are the steps if you need to find it:

Go to Profile and then Account Users.
If you have more than one account, select the U-verse TV or Internet account.
Below Member ID info, find your Member ID.

If you're prompted to enter a number instead of an email address, try your 9-digit account number.
