Now that DirecTV and ATT are separate... how can I fix my acct to not go through ATT anymore?
I have been with ATT/DirecTV for at least 15 years now. I have not had anything ATT-related in 6 years, only DirecTV. credit managment fee
Is it legal for directtv to charge $199 for a Credit Management Fee when the sales tech did not mention this fee at the time we signed up? Also is it allowed for the techs to offer discounts and not tell you that they signed you up for auto pay?
