How do I sign into HBOGO?

Both ATT and Direct TV do not seem to want to support me on this although they say it is a known error. However I am pretty sure it is illegal for Direct TV to hijack my email account and not allow me to change anything. This is getting very tiresome.

I am in Ann Arbor MI. Trying to stream from my Home Genie. It tells my it cannot find my receiver. I am able to stream other channels.
