Can’t See Satellite Account-Get Logged Off Every Time!!
When I log into DirecTV to view my bill, the landing page is a stream account. When I choose my satellite account, I automatically get logged off. Also got an email about adding equipment protection which I don’t want. I can’t see my account details to delete it. Please contact me ASAP.

Charging for channels we did not request
We have canceled Directv after being customers for more than 20 years. I'm sick and tired of being charged for packages that we did not request. They would not even take off $16.99 for a channel we have never had before. They charged it on our last bill. We will NEVER go back to DirecTV!

Moviesanywhere
Good morning, I recently signed up for Directv and linked my moviesanywhere account to the directv system. The movies play if I am using the Directv app, however, if I play them using my genie 2 with the 4k mini box, they stop after 5 minutes. I get a message that says, "Authorization in Progress".
