Need urgent help accessing DIRECTV in Canada

Hi everyone,

I’m currently living in Canada and I’m desperate to figure out how I can download and use DIRECTV here. I tried searching for the app but it doesn’t seem available in my region.

Some people told me that I could try downloading the DIRECTV APK instead, and I even got recommended a site called <removed> that they say is “safe” for APKs. But honestly, I don’t know if it’s really trustworthy or if it could cause problems on my device.

Has anyone here successfully installed DIRECTV this way from Canada? Is there an official or safer method that I should be using instead? I really don’t want to mess up my phone or put my personal data at risk.

Any guidance or advice would mean a lot to me right now. Thank you so much in advance! 🙏

The DIRECTV Residential Terms of service include this paragraph:

You will not attempt to access the Software or Service from any other location or through proxy servers in any other location. You may not export or re-export the Software except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction where the Software was obtained. We may use technology to verify Your geographic location. We will block access if We determine that You are outside of the United States.
