Pop up message while streaming DirectTv streaming on my Rocku receiver -Push Up To View Recent Channels, how to remove this pop up message??

Just bought a new 65" visio TV and my direct TV app just freezes and won't open. All other apps work. Tried power down, tried factory resetting the tv.
