Someone needs to fix the software so this doesn’t happen.

I'm getting the error code 611 on one of my televisions. I've checked the connections to the tv and the mini; they are both secure.  I have connectivity on the main Genie, and the other two minis.

A few months ago, the DirecTV remote started to mess with our Klipsch sound bar. When you hit volume up on the remote, the TV indicator would start to go up but then immediately start going down all the way to 0.  The only way to turn the volume up was to get the TV's remote and use Volume up

My Gemini receiver is connected to my TV via HDMI cable to input 1. When I turn on my TV and Gemini using the remote control, the input is automatically changed to input 2. There is nothing connected to input 2. How do correct this?

whole home feature suddenly stopped working

I'm just wondering if the scheduled programs on the dvr will record if the power is out? We're scheduled for maintenance the same day as a lot of recordings. Just wanted to know if we can expect to see them recorded when the power comes back on. Thanks and I can't believe this isn't addressed alread

I have been using a HR24-500 connected to a Sony TV via HDMI for at least 4 years with no major issue. However, the screen would almost always flicker from black to static noise when changing channels. About 9 months ago, the unit would lock up sporadically when changing channels with "no HDMI signa
