Unable to Login. I keep getting told I'm using AT&T Account

I want to update my subscription because the prices have gone through the roof. I'm trying to login to see other options, but my login keeps telling me I'm using AT&T account and not DIRECTV account.  This is the same one I used years ago.  No tech support person responds to email enq

Can't log into app today, but could yesterday

I didn't change anything and today when trying to use the direct TV app, I was logged out and when I tried logging in I get a care code 200 error. On two different phones.   I know that's the right password too and it was fine yesterday. No idea what to do.  Any suggestions?

REFUND never received
