Unable to Login. I keep getting told I'm using AT&T Account

I want to update my subscription because the prices have gone through the roof.  I'm trying to login to see other options, but my login keeps telling me I'm using AT&T account and not DIRECTV account.  This is the same one I used years ago.  No tech support person responds to email enquiries either.  Please help or I'll just cancel.  These prices are ridiculous now.

DTV doesn't do email support.  AT&T sold off 30% of DTV so the new partner moved the accounts back to them so you may need to call DTV to reset the account.  All TV providers have to raise their rates because the content providers keep raising their rates.
