DIRECTV Account

Unable to have the Movers Department change my service address for local channels. We snowbird/RV and our service address changes frequently. After 2 years of flawless changes to our service address when moving locations, they (Movers Dept) say there is an error on my account and they cannot change

Neither the header nor the phrase exists. Any ideas?

Everytime I try to login to my account it gives me this I have called at least 15 times to directv and even att and I am getting nowhere. Idk what to do. I can’t login to my account and it’s frustrating!!!

When paying, is the bill you pay for the month ahead? Like the payment that went out on June 24th, was that for July?
