Unable to have the Movers Department change my service address for local channels. We snowbird/RV and our service address changes frequently. After 2 years of flawless changes to our service address when moving locations, they (Movers Dept) say there is an error on my account and they cannot change

paperless statements missing for six months now--will they ever return?
