Direct TV Perks Program for Loyal Long term customers
I have been a customer since 2000. I signed up for Perks and was told that there would be some tokens for my long term loyalty, pro-rated. My assigned icon is an Oscar looking man. I did not get any Perks Tokens for being a long term customer. Am I missing something? Comments

Billed For Service After Cancellation Date
All, I had suspended my Direct TV service so I was not being charged while I decided if I wanted to continue service. I decided that I did not want to continue my service. I called to permanently cancel my service on May 30th. Direct TV then reenabled my service from May 30th to June 10
