Hi, I have DirecTV Premier and have been unable to sign in to the Max App on any of my devices for the past several days. I used to be able to sign in with DirecTV as my provider using my DirecTV sign in information. Now the screen asks for my AT&T username and password. It doesn't matter since

I need to email directv. I've already called them but I really need to write them an email.  

Over the last few months, I have spent hours on the phone with AT&T customer service with multiple different departments telling me that my billing issue has been resolved though it clearly never has since I continue to receive phone calls and emails telling me about my balance due of $278.29. W

Trying to find the current DirecTV Loyalty Department telephone number.

I wish to place my account/service on pause immediately. Also, my email address has changed.  How do I address these issues?

I find it extremely difficult and frustrating to communicate with your customer service agents located overseas - particularly in the Philippines. Does Direct TV have a number I can call for customer service agents located in our own country, the USA?   Thank you.

My receiver was turned off. But my account was supposed to be drafted from my bank account. I would like for customer service associate to call me @ Thanks
